Got this problem as well. It happens when i'm using pycharm for a while.
Pycharm is written in java and i'm using the sun sdk.

Last comment from me. I fixed it myself. For all the other people with
the same problem:
# cd /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/AuthKit-0.4.1dev_r139-py2.5.egg-info
# sudo nano requires.txt
remove the elementtree line.

Where did you remove those lines? I tried it to, but it doesn't fix it.
(dupe: because i would like to recieve emails about changes/updates. I did not
enable that in the previous post.)
