@charlesk when running `apport-collect 1317288`, I receive a popup
window:

to update the existing bug, I receive the following error:

You are not the reporter or subscribe
I'm affected by this. System settings > Time & Date > Clock options are
available and seem to function normally. I've tried the following
solutions; none have restored my clock to the unity panel.
1)
sudo apt-get install --reinstall indicator-datetime;
sudo dpkg-reconfigure -f noninteractive tzd
