I've experienced this bug, but I think it something to do with screen
resolutions between the guest, the host, the NX session and the nx
client.
I've been able to connect from another host using virt-manager + ssh and
successfully view consoles on a host exhibiting this display bug. Guest
displays
/me too.
We can't remove the password as we have business requirement for manual
entry of password for key.

I'd like to add my voice to this bug as 'me too'. It is pesky and
frustrating to have to work this out for the 'minor' releases. I hope
