Cant install Zorin OS 5

hi, i installed zorin on my external hard drive at first, and it went
fine until things went abit wrong. However, after this i decided to
install zorin to my laptop hard drive but the zorin installer keeps
crashing everytime, just before it starts to copy the files.
** Affect
For some reason i cant instal zorin os 5 niether - but mine crashes just
before it starts to copy the files to my hard drive.

At first i accidentally installed zorin os 5 to my 500gb external
harddrive which was fine until it started having problems with loading
and that, so i decided to try and instal the os to my laptop internal
harddrive but just before it started to copy the files it crashed. So i
