2024/11/03, but that version doesn't build because of a mistake I made
in debian in the 1.7.23~ds1-2 upload. The dependency mistake was
corrected in the next upload.
Because of this issue, the package was never built.

Hi, I've been doing the uploads for podman to debian and ubuntu for a
while now.
I'm struggling with reproducing this bug with podman on impish. On a
freshly "multipass launch'ed" impsish vm, I tried:

AFAIUI, all packages that fail to build libav11 related have been fixed
in Debian. all other package fail to build from source because of
reasons unrelated to libav11
