Nathan, my notebook doesn't have the Fn key to disable and enable the
webcam, but it only works when I type this command on terminal:
systemctl --user restart pipewire

Nathan, what if we do that and not much people sign it too and it

Nathan, I just received the update of pipewire, after installing it I
rebooted the notebook and the problem persists, the Snapshot doesn't
recognize the Webcam.
Output of apt policy:
raulgrangeiro@RAUL-PC-2:~$ apt policy pipewire
pipewire:
Instalado: 1.0.5-1ubuntu2
Candidato: 1.0.5-1ubuntu2
Thank you all, guys, for fixing that. It's being a pleasure using Ubuntu

This problem also affects OBS, which only recognizes camera through
pipewire after you restart it. Before the restart of pipewire OBS only
recognized the camera through V4L.

When you tweak the internal windows of Shotcut (a video editor) and
minimize it to system bar, it resets the interface when maximized and
all the windows tweaks are lost.
The Shotcut version I'm using is the 24.08.17 beta, which is the only
one that works on Ubuntu right now.
