I just received an patch yesterday on Live patch for Ubuntu 20.04.1, the kernel version in my Laptop is 5.8.0-38-generic, but still I am having this same bug from Ubuntu. Did try blacklisting intel_vbtn "sudoedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-intel_vbtn.conf" but the bug continues on my Dell Inspiron 1
