That is not a case. Evolution is connected to the internet. I use it for
reading an sending mails :)

If I define a new Google calendar and want to choose a google calendar on the
server (new calendar, Google, calendar, show the calendar list) evolution
generates the error message "Cannot resolve hostname (www.google.com)" .
