When attempting to link against the libh2o-evloop provided with Ubuntu
Bionic (2.2.4+dfsg-1build1) and Ubuntu Cosmic (2.2.5+dfsg1-6), the
linking step fails with the following errors:

This problem stems from the inclusion of the fix for CVE-2015-5180. The
internal number for A + changed in glibc (from T_UNSPEC=62321 to

In TCPDump, we see queries going out for TYPE62321 (the former internal
number for A+).

A little late, but here it is.
Also during the latest kernel updates update-grub did not get invoked.
An update of grub-pc however did.

was updated, however, as i removed the older kernels the menu wasn't

Confirmed for the kubuntu 9.10 release ISO.
I set ubiquity to install grub on /dev/sda6, as i had it already on my
MBR(regular ubuntu 9.10 install). However, the mbr was still
overwritten.
I fixed it by booting my regular ubuntu and did a "grub-install". But an

First of all
- What version of ubuntu are you using(from the kernel version you are using I
assume its intrepid)?
- Is this a normal install or have you installed seperate gnome packages?
- Is your gnome session working correctly?
- Do you execute this on a server via ssh where there are no gnome
it appears that this problem only occurs on xspf playlists. reloading one of
those doesn't play the file.
This is because audacious saves the ampersand characters in the playlist file:
