As desktop effects take 3 watts more of energy I want to deactivate them. I
activated this feature in powerdevil, this confiugration utility for
powersaving. But it does not deactivate it, when it is already on battery.

When I want to login into icq, it does not work. "Unbekannter Fehler" /
unknown error.
I checked number and password with icq go, they are correct, but I
cannot log in.

Yeah, that worked.
Should be somewhat clearer where to find the programs... Isn't it

Okay, this is more like a recommendation, but I think, that it is very useful
to have some basics working the same on all operating systems. With Windows,

same site and well... firefox crashed, konqueror crashed, but opera was
