I am experiencing the same: windows in different workspaces moved to
workspace one when waking up from suspend. I have ubuntu 16.04 with a
Dell laptop and an external screen.

Same problem, which I now realise appeared after I installed acrobat reader.
The workaround:
sudo sed -i "s/_filedir/_filedir_acroread/" /etc/bash_completion.d/acroread.sh
worked perfectly well after rebooting. Thanks!

Hi, same problem, which reading this trend I realise appeared just after
I installed acrobat reader. The sed workaround + rebooting made the job.
