[Bug 1440907] [NEW] Repeated labels cause rubber to drop citations

Public bug reported: Hello, When a latex file contains multiple repeated citations, rubber seems to silently drop the final run of pdflatex, resulting in some of the citations not being resolved. You can reproduce this with the attached latex and bibtex files. % rubber --version Rubber versio
