Sorry for the late response, I RMA the motherboard because I thought it
could be the problem, it wasn't.
I added the kernel parameters to the grub boot file, but it did not
solve the problem.
Do you have any other idea?

Hi, sorry the late response.
So, I installed Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.
Updated the kernel to the 5.9.0.
The system froze at 4 days and 10 hours.
uname -a
Linux hell 5.9.0-050900rc3-generic #202008302030 SMP Mon Aug 31 00:36:25 UTC
2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
