Ethernet card in the Acer ICONIA TAB W500 is not recognized

Kernel does not recognize the card. I did the testing under Case ID:
hcn-001 and did not work. Furthermore, I tried modprobing asix (which
found could be the driver) and still did not appear in ifconfig.

Gutsy installations with the same problem... I hope it doesn't mean "we won't
