Building vsftpd 3.0.2-1ubuntu1 with the changes in

I confirm this bug. I have had this problem since upgrading from 7.10.
As a workaround I have been using "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-
get upgrade" as a workaround to install patches.

For those who are struggling with this in feisty, a way around this bug
is the following:
1) Go to System -> Preferences -> Removable Drives and Media
2) Disable "Mount removable media when hot-plugged" and "Mount removable media
when inserted". (I also disable the option "Browse removable media
It seems that the problem was the flash plugin. I installed the
flashplugin-nonfree with synaptic and this solved the problem.
