When I connect an external monitor to my Dell Vostro 3300 laptop, I get
the image in the monitor, but the image trembles a lot. I try all the
available resolutions and refresh rates. The problem is worst in some

I have the same problem when I try to use the menu of plots. I plot some
results and when I try to use the graphical interface to change some
display options I get the fatal error.

I think this bug is miss categorized as wishlist.
I'm a user of Ubuntu, not a developer, imagine the situation: I use the
keyboard shortcut editor, and I edit the "minimize all the windows" row
and I put Mod4+M as shortcut. I close the shortcut editor, and when I
try to use it I get a change on th

No, I was trying to make the bookmark from the main panel. I did the
more intuitive.
Now I have activated the side panel, tried to make the bookmark and it
all works.
I find it very confusing that in the main panel does not work.

When I try to add a new bookmark (i.e. "papers" folder) I select the
directory and then I use the menu Bookmarks->Add bookmark, It doesn't
work. The I try the Ctrl+D combination, but doesn't work.

Hi,
Now in my laptop I'm working with Ubuntu 8.10, I continue editing with
Kile and using Pidgin, but I can not reproduce the problem in these
distributions. On Monday I will upgrade my Ubuntu 8.04 and I will try to
reproduce the problem in an upgraded 8.04.
