Does the bug still exist in Ubuntu/3.19.1-1ubuntu1 ?
Original tarballs and Debian packages are ok, so I suspect something is being
wrong with the linker and/or shared libraries
dependencies in the Ubuntu port
Could you please share the output of
$ ldd /usr/lib/lebiniou/plugins/input/jackaudio/

This bug should be filed against the "lebiniou" package (not "lebiniou-
data")
Furthermore, it looks like the latest version is 3.18-1ubuntu1 (not
3.13-1)
