Sebastien, I'm on Xubuntu 18.10 and I'm using the redshift package
through redshift-gtk. As described in the upstream bug, the problem
occurs on login when redshift attempts to start automatically and fails
due to the geoclue timeout.

out upon startup and certain applications (such as Redshift) do not
function as intended. This has already been fixed upstream (version
2.5.0) and that version is available in Debia
To be honest, it's been over a decade and I don't even use Thunderbird
anymore. ;)

Synaptic doesn't show "libfuse2:i386" in the package
Yesterday my Ubuntu 12.10 upgraded linux kernel from 3.2.0.37.45 to
3.2.0.38.46 and the problem came back after maybe a year of absence.
For anyone that would like to downgrade, just like I had to:
# remove bad kernel version so it won't be started with grub
sudo apt-get purge linux-headers-3.2.0
#43 That's a workaround, disabling network results in correct hour. But
number of cities is very limited without a network.

* select "time in other locations"
* type and select New York
I get UTC time (I guess) instead of New York time.
Where I live it's 21:10, time indicator shows 19
It is still there in Natty as well.

Last time my Dell XPS M1330 suspended, when I woke it up it resumed at
first, but after a few seconds it stopped responding and went back to
sleep mode despite being connected to AC power supply. I tried waking it

behaviour in Nautilus and in Google Chrome. So this is probably Metacity
or Compiz bug?

Well, I've updated to Maverick, and did a clean install of Stellarium
0.10.5 and apparently the bug is still there. Is there anything I can do
about it? Is it really fixed in 0.10.5?
