In attached ProcEnviron.txt, LC_TIME=bg_BG.UTF-8 is set manually by me
to test if this is the reason. In /etc/default/locale, its value is
bg_BG as the rest of LC_* variables.

enable llvmpipe, these visual problems doesn't manifest. In the third

When I set system-wide regional settings to be Bulgarian, in
/etc/default/locale all LC_* environment variable are set to "bg_BG"
with default coding system CP1251. But the whole Ubuntu uses UTF-8 and
