Two additions:
- Only affects expanded folders. If a file is dragghed and dropped into a(n
expandable) folder which currently is not expanded, it works as expected: The
file is immediately visually removed from its source loacation.
- I found log entries from "nautilus" correlated with my tests:

QtGain is at 0.9.5 now - Trusty repositories give me version 0.8.2. Dear
ubuntu team, please include a newer version.
