I have been on 3.16-rc5 several days now and have not experienced a single
disconnect.
I have been able to use my laptop without it being attached to the charging
cable all the time.

Before I posted this bug I had rebooted my Dell and with charging cable
plugged in I had wifi working for about 2 hours till it suddenly dropped
