thought the Nvidia is to be used and not Raptor.

Thanks Daniel for the clarification.
Then, I guess the next steps from what I see in the status update is to
be checked by Ubuntu (Nvidia driver).
Please let me know if anything else is required.

is a G-Guard HD TV Model# GG-40KE IRONY Power: ~110-240V 50/60HZ 75W.

Public bug reported:
The system when interacting with other applications such as Nautilis or
other applications will cause the display on the monitor (G-Guard) hangs
the mirrored -- HDMI with AAA. When going to the built in display then,
the system seems responsive so try changing Display setting
