Still broken with MATE desktop on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. If I run mate-
power-preferences and select ON AC Power - Put computer to sleep when
inactive for: [never] the computer still automatically sleeps (enters
S3) after 20 minutes.

The same bug has also been for at least 2 years present in the Linux
Mint Cinnamon, which is based on Gnome.

I just bought Intel NUC8I5BEH and have also really annoying problems
with Ethernet Connection (6) I219-V (device id 15be). Tried to install
ubuntu 18.04 LTS version which _should_ be compatible with that NIC but
immediately couple of seconds after connectinc network cable (or loading
kernel module)
