Yes, NeuroDebian has a package. However, that package has just been
accepted into Debian experimental. An upload to Debian unstable is
pending a few more changes/improvements. Once this is done Ubuntu will
sync it automatically, I guess.

This does not fix my problem. I notice the same problems as mentioned
here and have a similar keyboard. But it seems to be a little bit older.
I attached my output of lsusb. As you can see my wireless keyboard has
another id (ID 045e:00e3) and is called "Microsoft Wireless Optical
Desktop 2.20".
