rtl is broken in edgy final in the terminal and its applications. you
can see it already when starting install- or alternate-cd, where the
languagenames of arabian, hebrew and persian appear ltr instead of rtl.
when starting into gnome, it is rtl in all three languages, but not in
terminals (tty1-6

i can confirm both of the described bugs (blindness and demency of the card),
but the latter seems to depend on the signal strength (happens more often, when
signal is low).
if anyone could tell me how to provide more infos, i'm willing to do so.
