As far as I could tell it was resolved back in early April.

It appears to be working properly these days. I actually haven't done that
in along time (started using Rythmbox to download my podcasts).

Step by step instructions are use reader.google.com, subscribe to an podcast
such as:
http://leoville.tv/podcasts/floss.xml
When viewing one of the items click on the "Popout".
If the browser is set to display new pages in a new tab then it will open up
a blank tab (change in behavior from 8.10).
The pop up is a flash application.
Attached is a screen grab of the pop up window as it is suppose to work.

It happens every time I receive a signed s/mime email. My only thought on
reproducing the problem would be to try to open a signed email.
I am attaching an mbox containing one signed email (a test email I just
generated) which shows this problem.

I upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04, and after the upgrade I rebooted and had
no problem. I noticed (by running a uname -a) that I was still running
the kernel from 8.10 (2.7.11) and so I changed my grub menu.lst (why it

I attempted to upgrade my machine to run 9.04 with no success. I
actually hit some kind of a bug where the system would lock up whenever
I attempted to log into X so I was unable to test it as well.

I have the same problem in 8.10 beta. I use only 4 workspaces (2x2).
The workaround mentioned above also does work for me.
The computer I am using does not use the ATI Radeon drivers so I am
assuming that is not the cause. Also I did not move the bars around so
that is unlikely to be it as well.

This is fairly standard for zsh. It speeds up it's tab completion by
storing potential commands. if after installing a package (or
uninstalling) you type "rehash" it will rebuild it's tab completion to
display the new commands (or remove the old ones depending on what you
did).
