I have the same problem. 10.10 on both computers. Wifi bandwidth is not
the problem. Plugging in a cable solves the issue (but I don't want to
do that). Thanks!

I just write to confirm the above behaviour.
One odd thing I noticed is that I have no problems whatsover with a
server using:
OpenSSH_3.6.1p2 (runs centos 3 something)
While another server is causing the above symptons very often:
OpenSSH_3.9p1 (runs centos 4 something)
Both machines are in t
I might add that similar behaviour comes up when trying to connect to a
remote ssh server fails.
1) add a remote ssh server via "places"
2) doubleclick the shortcut to this server via the desktop.
3) Above does not react now and then (another bug, I know)
4) Nautilus starts using 100% cpu.

Unmounting the drive and running formating the drive from terminal does
not cause remount of the usb drive. Just throught I would mention it as
it indicates that it is gparted that causes gnome to remount the drive.

Binary package hint: gparted
I'm not too sure whether this is a problem with gparted or whatever
program that does the automounting of usb-drives. Anyways .. there seems
to be a slight annoying problem:
1) I hook up an usb-drive, it starts as usual and give me access to it.

Hi,
When having WNC-0301 wireless card inserted into a pci-slot the regular
beta 6.10 installation halts during the splashscreen (the screen that
comes up when gnome is loading) and refuses to go any further.
This is similar to a problem I had under breezy where the machine
