If you press two arrow keys simultanously you can move windows with that
combination f.e. from workspace 1 to 4, 2 to 3 .. diagonal. But
apparently not from 4 to 1 (if you have 4 workspaces).

I had the same problem. Somehow the start command wasn't found, although
'start' was in /sbin.
sudo apt-get install --reinstall upstart solved it for me.

I implemented the display_question callback. Also I increased the
distance between the bullets when asked for a password (was a little too
close). Just download the file and replace /lib/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-
logo/ubuntu-logo.script
