It is not a problem with every wifi network; only this particular one
(and it happened to be the one I was using right after updating the
system). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this network.

After system updates from 17 April 2011, the wifi is noticeably less
stable. It disconnects often, tries to reconnect, prompts me for the
WPA several times, and often fails to reconnect. The frequency with
which it reconnects seems quite random.
