the line that makes de v360 work again is:
ENV{DEVTYPE}=="partition", IMPORT{program}="vol_id --export $tempnode"
while the line in the current stable package misses the ENV{DEVTYPE} part and
is:
IMPORT{program}="vol_id --export $tempnode"

I can confirm this since Gutsy. My Motorola v360 worked fine in Feisty.
Your will be able to make it work first removing the microSD card, attaching
the phone, and later inserting the microsd card. It's not a practical method,
but it works.
It also get the phone detected as an Motorola V3 Series.
