I am using static IP addresss , and I'm still not sure if the "Network
manager" will be installed in a Ubuntu servre without any GUI installed?

OK, I tried a lot of times, but can't get apport-collect work, I didn't
find the file launchpad.credentials, and I tried touch
/home/root/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials, also elinks was tried as
