I just upgraded to Vivid and I've got this same problem. CTRL+ALT+T doesn't open a terminal and CTRL+ALT+L doesn't lock the screen. I can assign those features to other shortcuts, it works, but if I assign it back to CTRL+ALT+T, it doesn't work anymore again. -- You received this bug notification
