I think that this issue has already been resolved. I didn't tried to do this for 2 months, but now it seems to work 100% OK for me. I am sorry, but I do not have time to check what have resolved the issue. I have fully updated(also with proposed updates) Ubuntu 8.04. I did not reinstalled it.
