Okay, it does indeed seem to have been down to by apache2 prompting for
a passphrase. I got it to hang again, ran your command, and got the
following:
$ sudo sh -x /var/lib/dpkg/info/javascript-common.postinst configure
+ set -e
+ mkdir -p /etc/apache2/conf.d
+ [ ! -e /etc/apache2/conf.d/javascri
That could very well be the case (apache2) since I have a self-signed
certificate that requires manual entry of my passphrase when it starts
up.
I'll see if I can reproduce though, and report back here with that
output if I can.

it running overnight, and so I killed the process manually in order to
get it to move on. It stopped again when updating LIRC, so I did the

With Emmet's help (thanks for that!), I tested 1.5.6-0ubuntu1, and

I'll work out how to do that, and test it out.

That is fantastic. I guess I am just used to calibrating my joypad from
Windows.
Interesting about jscalibrator. I just assumed it was "the way" to
calibrate joysticks/gamepads. It was the first calibration program I
found, so that was why I used it... I didn't know about jscal at all,

Hi, that was quick. :)
I don't need to calibrate it? Even when it has analogue controls?
It is this one:

You can't really see the analogue controls there, so also see this picture
which is very like it:

I'm not sure why this happened. I was going through the upcoming

conflicted with something else I wanted to watch.
I then went back into the frontend, and JDK was stil
