Bilal: no problem there, strangely I've not had a single compiz/unity
problem during the whole of Precise apart from this one. I definitely
think it's a compiz bug though as it was very similar to a bug I had on
my desktop with 5.8 (I think) where there was multiple shadows and
glitchy rendering.

Public bug reported:
After I upgraded to oneric, booting drops to a kernel error. I'm sure
it's contained in one of the logs but I'll attach a picture too. Booting
using a previous version works.

Marking confirmed based on comments. Becoming a massive issue for me now
where I have to keep a terminal open just so I can execute the "fix"
every half hour. Will have to remove pulseaudio if there's no prospect
of a fix.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: deja-dup
I have some folders in my home folder symlinked to a mounted partition,
one example:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 kieran kieran30 2010-10-10 17:17 Documents ->
/home/kieran/Dropbox/Documents
lrwxrwxrwx 1 kieran kieran24 2010-06-08 19:03 Dropb
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: deja-dup
When starting to restore files, the GUI always says it's checking files
from "yesterday", even if the latest backup was from today, or older
than yesterday.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04
Package: deja-dup 18.1.1-0ubuntu1

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: deja-dup
When restoring a file, clicking the checkbox doesn't enable the forward
button. Unchecking and rechecking the box does however enable the
forward button.

Package: deja-dup 18.1.1-0ubuntu1

Confirming, I see the exact same. I had Deja Dup on my panel, I got rid
of it and added a few times, added it again and it shows as blank. Other
new applications add fine.
