Will the libvirt fix be back-ported? We can't effectively use noscript
in OpenStack with any versions missing the fix.

The developers list wasn't exactly a great target because developers
aren't the ones deploying this code. It should have been brought to the
operators to see if anyone was planning on upgrading to Juno on 12.04
deployments.
