I had the same problem, but discovered that it was due to me starting
zsh from the bash shell, where (for some reason) the variable FPATH was
set by one of the programs I use. When this variable is set, zsh invoked
from the bash shell will not add the default paths, and thus the
function definition
The bug is also in Linux Mint 11 RC. Tobias Wolfs description seems to
be very accurate. I've also noticed that I have the same problem with
the rotate-cube plugin, i.e. the key bindings to move (with) windows get
stuck with one specific window.

I think this problem still exists in Ubuntu 10.10. I chose to add both
standard Norwegian and Norwegian Dvorak layouts when installing, and
chose at first to use Dvorak as default. I later decided to use
standard as default. The problem is that after boot, Dvorak is always
selected as default, no m
I just tried to install Ubuntu 10.10 beta (desktop version) on my new
m4500 with the nvidia quadro fx 1800m graphics card, and the screen
still stays blank. Perhaps the beta is an older maverick image than
20100819? In any case, as far as I can see, the bug is not fixed for
maverick.
