Happens to me at times when I run a program through wine. Not always but
at times. I have to always tick and untick the window decoration in ccs
to set things right. Kind of irritating. Hope it gets solved.

I get the same message:
'Could not display help
The specified location is not supported'
when I uninstall yelp.
So it is like yelp is not installed at all. Only the default Ubuntu Help
Center works without flaw.

The problem is the help is not opening from the menu option in any application.
