In kernel 3.2 and 3.4 (but not 3.0), the module "hid_logitech_dj" is
needed for full support of the unifying receiver. This module is not
loaded into the ramdisk for our keyboards to work during the bootup
process. I'm surprised that this bug hasn't been more prominent.
