Individual offers of $50 on a bug report are great, but we talked of
having a Kickstarter. I bet in the current climate we could raise
thousands.

I've volunteered to do this work, but it is taking some time to
acclimate myself to the codebase. The Empathy core developers don't
seem particularly interested in this feature, so I think those of us
stomping our feet oughta pitch in.
