I tried disabling compiz, using the amd64 prerelease but I still couldn't click any flash buttons. The only workaround so far is keeping another mouse button pressed. Whenever the middle or the right mouse buttons are clicked, the left click works fine as described by bro and Rolander. Firefox 3.
