I have the same problem.
Not always with the same document, but sometimes eventually occur and I

I can't use 11.04 becouse this bug.
My Nvidia GeForce2 MX400 don't work does in the correct resolution.

I had the same problem, my file-system went corrupt and when i tried to
repair the system packages by shell (safe mode), the same error
happened.
I solved this problem with these comands:
sudo rm /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Gnome.pm
