The newest Kernel 6.11.0-19 did the same thing as 6.11.0-17. Computer
does not boot into the desktop login screen. Instead, it goes into a

Thank you. I will try to install it again, and if it still doesn't work,
I'll just revert back to the previous kernel.

It's ok. I'll just wait until the next kernel update. It looks like the
kernel has an issue with my graphics card, but I'm not savvy enough
about programming to even attempt to make suggestions.

Public bug reported:
After installation, system never engages to the linux logo or goes into
the system. I had to revert to kernel 6.8.0-53, in order to get my
system working again! This is the first time I have ever experienced
this issue with a Linux Kernel!

There was a certain update to the libn* files recently, and it looks as
if it has been corrected. Please list my bug as solved.
Thank you, Miguel for your attention to this bug.

I go to www.usatoday.com, and when I go into a link within the site, it goes
past to the site, and gives a blank page. I then have to hit the back arrow on
the browser to get the page that I originally wanted.
This happens with other sites,
that is why I did it the way I did, so that you not only could have the
fonts in the shared folder, but you could add or copy your personal
fonts whenever you wanted to. Just the way I did it, i guess.

I should have said "Folder" and not "file". The fonts are considered
files, and the folder is "MyBestFonts". Sorry for the mix up.

This is my workaround for installing my fonts:
Open your location with your fonts folder. If your fonts are not in a
folder, put your TTF fonts into a folder with a special marking such as
"MyBestFonts". make sure that the folder has no spaces, or has dashes
separating the words. I chose no spaces

strengths, is that its CD/DVD burners are multi-session by default. If
Ubuntu wants this project to give Windose a good thrashing, then
