Sure thing. It's still an issue as of Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2, and the
problem is identical to what I outlined before. I don't currently have
access to the laptop, but I'll check it out tomorrow evening and share
the results then.

I updated this morning and the wireless in my Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo
Li-2727 now works. Many thanks to those who worked on the fix.
