I'm happy to report that the crashes (see #212 above) disappeared for me
when I installed the 304.37 binary driver (Linux 64-bit) that was
released yesterday.
I had to purge all previously installed driver packages and run the
Nvidia installer twice (to disable Noveau), but now it's roc

Tried some different versions of the NVIDIA driver.
295.33 was not stable.
290.10 seems to work fine so far.

Hi! This bug affects me too.
Backtrace and debug info from a recent crash on my machine are included.
Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit with Nvidia Quadro FX 570, Nvidia driver 295.49.
