*What happened:*
With nvidia-graphics-drivers-440 I just got a black screen. After looink
into the /var/log/Xorg.0.log I n
At least, there is an add-on that this now: https://addons.mozilla.org
/en-US/firefox/addon/shift-scroll/ Works great for me!
