I was unable to duplicate this bug using the repro methods in the GNOME
Terminal v3.6.2 for Ubuntu 14.04. When i reinstall the xfce-desktop
again I'll attempt to reproduce the bug on the xfce4-terminal for
whatever it's latest version is.

I can confirm that the logout bug no longer exists exist in xubuntu
