Ok - I've solved my issues now:
After doing the above I found that fglrx package was still installed so:
sudo apt-get remove --purge fglrx
This still didn't work, so I reinstalled all the mesa drivers again:
sudo apt-get install libglw1-mesa mesa-utils libglu1-mesa libgl1-mesa-
glx libgl1-mesa-
I think this is only part of the problem. The fact that GLX related
applications segfault still need to be addressed.
Since my S10-2 has Intel video card, and I noticed that it's trying to
use the NVIDIA drivers I started with this:

Confirmed here too glxinfo segfaults if run from cmd in 2d as well.
Also seems GLX extension is missing when running other GLX tests.

I just thought as to why it "just started"
I had corrected a bug in the xendomains rc script that had two cuts -
I'll have to do an upgrade and then file another bug report for that
later.
I'm assuming that my domU's are now suspending on my reboots, and over
time the clock went backwards on the
Confirmed on 2.6.24-17-xen on domUs, no issue on dom0 as far as I can
see. Whats weird, I was running fine for a long time, however, it just
started today after about a month of no issues. Could it be a clock sync
issue where if the clocks are out by X it causes the time to stop?

Ok - I just read details from CentOS Xen implementaion notes and it
notes about swiotlb - I had it on the wrong grub line.
Setting swiotlb=128 seems to have stablized the dom0 so far.
This seems to be a work around however, I don't think this should be
required.
