[Bug 95527] data copy speed too low

Public bug reported: at moment I try to copy files from root directory(/) without "/media" directory from reiserfs partition to reiserfs partition on the same hard disc. Size of all this files is about 2.7 GB, but copy window show me that total are 4.2GB and the speed is about 9.1KB/s and after 20
