I set the privileges to "Read anything" and so I got an error telling me
to allow "Change anything". How do I get back to the page which allows
me to change the privilege settings?

There is message that won't stop appearing below the top toolbar: "Your
browser has been updated and needs to be restarded. [Restart] X" I
pressed the restart button and the the X and the the message never goes
away.
